Polyurethane Mouldings
Polyurethane is a unique, versatile elastomer material that bridges the gap between highly extensible rubber and low-elongation rigid plastics. Although light in weight, moulded polyurethane products exhibit a functional toughness that can withstand industrial abuse which would break down most rubbers, plastics and even some metals. Polyurethane can be moulded or spun cast in any hardness or composites of various hardness.
Polyurethanes are none marking and have many other unique advantages such as high impact resistance, together with, chemical, seawater, UV, ozone and electrical resistance.
BMP Europe technically advanced processing equipment, including 12 centrifuge ovens for polyurethane sheet manufacture, together with semi-automatic production lines and extensive laboratory and inspection facilities. BMP can manufacture polyurethane components weighing from 2grammes to 300kilos.
