Bespoke Moulds
Working closely with the client, BMP's engineering team will develop bespoke moulds to meet the varying requirements of each tunnel project. Inbuilt vibration and compacting systems together with ease of de-moulding are integral aspects of all BMP designed moulds. Highly toleranced Polyurethane feature faces ensure the production of accurate pre-cast segments time after time with a high level of dimensional consistency from mould to mould. Due to the feature faces being manufactured from Polyurethane, moulds can be stored in the open without oxidisation prevention and can be brought back into service quickly without the need for expensive preparation processes.
