Hole & Void Formers
BMP has developed an innovative abrasion resistant polyurethane material that is perfectly suited to forming complex profiles, holes, voids and door frame fixing points in pre-cast concrete structures and panels.
Tunnel Ring Shutters
BMP has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of polyurethane feature faced shutters for producing pre-cast concrete ring segments for the tunnelling industry. Polyurethane faced shutters have many advantages over timber and steel including initial cost, ongoing maintenance, modification, storage and sustainability.
Complete Tunnel Ring Moulds
Where contracts require multiple ring segment moulds, BMP provides a complete turnkey solution from design collaboration, steel fabrication to finished polyurethane feature faced repetitive shutters. BMP is able to manufacture complete ring moulds manufactured from heavy duty steel plate.
Hydrophilic Seals
HydraThane hydrophilic seals exhibit exceptional chemical/oxidation resistance and are extremely stable at low and elevated temperatures. When exposed to sea or freshwater, Hydrathane seals have a swell ratio of up to 400% of original size.
