With the increasing demands for the silicone based products in the printing industry, BMP Asia has now invested a new Extruded Silicone Foam fabrication equipment to enhance our manufacturing technology to produce competitive silicone based products of excellent quality for the high-speed printing applications.

Kneader Type Production Line

The products include various tension rollers, pressure rollers, feed rollers and fuser rollers etc made in EPDM rubber, Polyurethane, and silicone base materials with high abrasive and wear resistance competency for the media and label printing industries.

Silicone sponge components offer excellent thermal stability in the most exacting of applications and it has the ability to withstand extreme variations in temperature from -50 degrees C up to +250 degrees C.
