Moulded Polyurethane
Moulded Polyurethanes are unique elastomeric materials that bridge the gap between highly extensible rubber elastomers and low elongation rigid plastics.
Although relatively light in weight, products manufactured from cast urethane exhibit high mechanical toughness and chemical resistance when compared to other rubber and plastic materials. Polyurethane can be moulded or spun cast in any hardness or in layers of different hardness's.
BMP's 'open cast' Moulding urethane system utilises the latest technology to provide a truly high performance, continuous, moulding capability. In-house CAD, tooling, vacuum casting vessels, curing ovens, humidity / temperature controlled testing labs and die stamping / cutting equipment combine to make BMP a truly world-class urethane manufacturer.
